Bundled course pricing

I would love to be able to offer bundled courses. For example, if a mini-course is $20, I'd love to be able to offer 2 for $30 or 3 for $40. Currently, the workaround would be a bit complicated.

And add feature for create a bundle / pack with all other courses without duplitate existinng course.
