Bianca Blanco: Pabbly did create their own integration, but it's missing several actions & triggers that Zapier already has. See comments on this page from Jeroen (CTO 👨‍💻) & myself, so I'm not sure the "integration" is actually complete.

Bianca Blanco: good afternoon! Will there be a reciprocate integration with Pabbly as there is with Zapier? I agree with Misty about some actions and triggers missing. I have talked to the head of the Pabbly team and they are willing and able to perfect the integration :) This tool is becoming slowly but steadily in the next atuomation tool :)

I would also like to have a way to separate out their onboarding question answers as separate fields so I can have them added to Airtable automatically. Use case is I use the answer to one of their questions to see their pain points & can use that to help with content ideas & how my audience describes the issues I can help them with.

Also missing trigger for "updated user". I discovered today that using the "new or updated user" can cause the workflow to kick off 4 times when you get a new member. (On Heartbeat's end, a new user must be getting added to their database, & then multiple updates being made to that new record all at once.)

a. create new user
Usecase: Have users join on our main website, and have their profile effortlessly readied in the Heartbeat community.
b. update users info
Usecase: Enables us to let our users manage their Heartbeat profiles from our main website, instead of having to going inside and make use of the Heartbeat UI.
Add following triggers (just like Zapier):
c. Course Completed (but can’t find in the API documentation)
Usecase: Send congrats message with a certificate 
d. On Group Join
Usecase: Add them to a weekly welcome post to new members in that specific group.

Jeroen (CTO 👨‍💻): Voted. I don't know if they can do a "create new user" because I believe the person has to accept our invitation link & be fully onboarded before they show up in our user list. It would be cool if they could though.

Misty Dorman: I believe that shouldn’t be a problem. 
We just need to feed the automation with the necessary info for a new profile (bio, avatar, which groups to join etc). 
In theory, and I hope, we could use onboarding flows/forms or existing user profiles we have outside of HB to flow over into HB.

There is a Pabbly integration now. I think Pabbly may have done it on their end. I feel like this can be marked as complete.

Please, a Pabbly integration is a must for most of us. Zappier is great, but it gets very, very expensive so soon!!!!

I'm testing out some of Pabbly integrations now. Some things seem to work better in Zapier but so far, I'm able to setup a Thrivecart to HB setup to send an invitation link to join a specific group.
