Please could you add the function to add VAT to one-time payments as well? It is needed by law here in the EU to disclose the final price with VAT, so without it, the platform is unusable :(

To test things and build automations we really need Heartbeat to offer us a test mode. Presumably by adding the option to add the Stripe test api key within Heartbeat and giving us the option Heartbeat to either run payment links over a test payment api key or live api key. One of the issues right now is that it’s quite hard to build Pabbly automations, since Pabbly needs to catch a webhook first to build our automation on and we can’t trigger those without Stripe first firing it. We either now have to first await paying members, and thus have to build the automations on a moving train. Or make real Stripe payments ourselves, which convolutes both Stripe and Heartbeat with unwanted data.

It would be great if Heartbeat were merchant of record for payments so that users don't need to worry about the complex international sales taxes and EU VAT on digitally supplied products and services. It's a big struggle for solo business owners and puts a lot of people off getting started.

I migrated to Payments 2.0. In building the offer pages, I noticed the main text portion is quite small compared to the rest of the page. Is there a way to change text size on these sales pages? I'd like to see an option to make the text in this section bigger. Or have size options in each text portion of the page, so we are not locked into sizes.

Add Zapier triggers for all types of payments on your platform. The current Zapier integrations are limited when it comes to trying to connect Freshbooks and Quickbooks. I want someone to be able to make a purchase in my community and zap it straight into my freshbooks since you are not yet integrated with accounting platforms.

At the moment all we have for Calls to Action is a "Choose Your Tier" Button, even for once off purchases on courses. This could lead to confusion and abandoned carts. Customers want to select the offer they are purchasing, and it may not be a tier. It may be a digital product. We may call it a level, or membership, or even want to name the specific tier on the button.

It would be good to have the ability to show (and collect consent to) different Terms of Service depending on your Offer. This is because we may have several offers and the Terms of Service may vary for each. For example, for a time-limited course, I have different Terms of Service than I have for my membership. Currently, only one document can be shown.

Could we get more options in payments please? Split payments for a container only go up to 6 months, could we get 12 or custom number? Is it possible to set up minimum sign up time?

It would be amazing to be able to allow people to pay in a few different currencies so they can choose what works best for them. I usually charge in USD but if I use Heartbeat to take payments I have to use local currency as set inside my Stripe account. Being able to add 2-3 options would be brilliant. I’d switch fully to HB payments if this was integrated.

Currently, HB allows users to cancel their membership, however my programs are set up for specific periods (ie. 6 months) and I can't have members canceling without contacting me first. I can't use HB for my payments and monetization until this can be adjusted. :(
