Threaded replies/Reply-to messages in chat and DM like Slack, Discord, etc

In a typical chat room/conversation - there are likely multiple questions/chats happening at once.
Instead of EVERY response to be posted in the chat room - it would be amazing if we could incorporate threads inside of chats....similar to how Slack functions.

This allows a more "conversational" approach to groups - but then allows responses to be organized instead of mixed/piled in together!

Right now, in group message threads, conversations can get a little messy because we can’t reply directly to a specific message. Having a “reply” function (similar to Slack or WhatsApp) would make it easier to keep conversations organized, reduce confusion, and help members follow discussions without losing context. This would be a huge help for active communities where multiple conversations often happen at once.

ability to reply to a secific message in a direct message (similar to a google message or text message) - this way where multiple topics are disussed in one group message it is clear what the reponse is for (one major reason my team is struggling to fully change our communication to the app

Hello! Can you allow users to reply back to a message inside a chat channel just like in the threads section. Also, if it's possible to let people know when someone has been added to a group, announce it in the chat channel for that specific group.

100% much needed, honestly just the basic features of a chat function. Being able to reply and edit messages will open up so many doors for others to transition into Heartbeat permanently. If those isn't the heart of what communication is which I know Heartbeat prides themselves in, then I'm out.
