The cancelation survey in the cancel flow for offers only has text fields currently. I'd like it to allow the embedding of links so we can add a google form into the description field so that it surfaces the questions right in the cancel flow. Currenly we have to hyperlink to our feedback survey form and it gets less uptake. The current cancel survey also only has one question and doesn't give the reporting/functionality of google forms. Embedding the form would be a much better solution and only requires a link to be added.
