Auto enrol new members to matchups

Right now members need to opt in to matchups. Would prefer it to be automatically opted in and they can choose to opt out. Perhaps a setting based on invite link or a general community setting, whatever is simpler 😎

For my members, the current functionality works, as an opt-in. For the most admin flexibility, it seems like this feature could be a toggle setting, to make the default opt-in or opt-out.
