Not quite complete.. it’s super close and getting there though.. the biggest function we need is the ability to see and join channels from the mobile app.. unless I can’t find it the only channels a mobile user can use are those that are added at onboarding.. need the ability to be able to see and find all channels just like on the desktop version.. PLEASE! We are so ready to bring our community of 4000 to heartbeat. Just need this really important step completed

We've recently made some huge updates to the mobile app that make the functionality between the desktop and mobile app the same!

Nick Barba: what about the ability to participate in voice rooms with video? Those on mobile app have voice only and this can't fully participate.

Darryl Dahl: Hi Darryl - Over the weekend, we pushed an update to the app that patches a bug that caused the app to crash occasionally. Can you confirm with me whether the issue is still happening for you after updating to the latest version?

Nick Barba: the mobile app is still missing the ability to be able to view all available channels. Right now the mobile user can only see the channels they selected at in boarding or must have an admin add channels to their account. We really need the ability to have a drop down menu that lists all of the available channels the user can select from. It is there on the desktop version just not the mobile version.

Nick Barba especially in the onboarding stage, I have had people drop off because they were trying to do it from phone and not being able to "get the lay of the land" of what channels were available. That is the most critical. Also, course videos embedded from Vimeo can only be viewed in the desktop -- i know this is an issue that Heartbeat support is aware of, but I hope it will be fixed at some point! Happy with the changes you all are making!

Please allow for agenda view of events to also show up on mobile as it is already on desktop! Having to scroll through so many blank days is almost useless for us, so being able to see upcoming events in order is a must!
This is one of a few weird quirks with the mobile app being sub-par to desktop (course view, text editing, admin side of things, etc). I other I know this has been mentioned on various threads within the feature requests, but I haven't seen this same request in over a year so thought I'd revive it!
All that said - Thank you Heartbeat team for all you're doing, and I know there is a lot of heart work put in by you all. Only wanted to re-submit this, as I'm still waiting to onboard my team and fully switch over and I just want them all to have the same great experience whether they are on mobile or desktop. Happy to post a list of everything that's different in another feature request if it helps!
