I think having a shortcut/section for messages on mobile is a great idea! The thing is, this doesn't exist on desktop yet. I've been looking for a faster way to access conversations, and so far the only way is to navigate to the bottom of all the communication spaces.

Additionally, by having welcome automations in my community I have an open chat with practically all my members (+300). This makes it difficult to easily find a conversation. It would be nice to have an update to fix these issues. Thanks, Heartbeat team!
