Hello! I wanted to see if it's a possibility to have the user's onboarding questions visible everytime an admin selects their profile. We currently have the option to have it visible in the user management settings, but my other admins tell me it could be faster to contact them if their answers are visible whenever they select their account. The reason being is that in the onboarding process we ask for their emails and their Telegram usernames. We know that it would be easier to dm them inside Heartbeat. However, we would love DMs to be only between users and admins but not user-user.
