Improved Functionality and UI on RSVP pages

RSVP pages are good but too simple sometimes, we are missing:
- sending a thank you email after an event (personalized)
- easy way to download the RSVP emails and info
- more fonts and ways to personalize the RSVP landing page
- ways to make the page engaging for attendees
