It would be great and a good selling point (for you and us) if we can implement ChatGPT functions in our apps. Like chatbot or AI playground for people to use in our apps to help themselves with quick answers, just like on the ChatGPT site. I implemented it on my site and people love it.

An AI bot that has the context of the thread and all the content indexed in the community can transform the member experience by providing an instant initial comment that guides their issue.
- This bot can reply by suggesting courses, video lessons, or other posts.
- This bot can suggest video content and also provide the link to jump to the exact video moment that solves the issue (an excellent use of the video hosting feature and automatic subtitles).
- I would love to set up the OpenAI API key for this and pay OpenAI directly.
- Also being able to choose the OpenAI model to control the cost at my convenience.

Also, take a look at the features of membership.io for inspiration on next level AI-powered concierge type features, to help community members get to the content or answers they need most quickly. This definitely needs to be on Heartbeat's roadmap if they are to stay ahead of the curve.
