Merge Channels of similar type.

It would be nice to be able to merge channels should they no longer be needed so that we do not lose any of the content within those channels.
I'm specifically looking to be able to merge Threads together or merge chats.
I realize that it wouldn't, and shouldn't, be possible to merge dissimilar types of content.

For thread channel types, you can move all threads in one channel to another! Click the ••• menu when hovering over your channel and select "Move All Threads". Then, select a channel you'd like to move the threads too :) Once that's done, you can safely delete the old channel while preserving it's contents.
