I wish there was a notes section in Heartbeats. I'd like to be able to write little reminders and also facts about specific people under their names so that I can be a better co-worker/community member to them

Not a full solution but I have an "Admin Only" section in my docs and I use that to keep various notes about community members, ideas I have for the future, etc.
