Adding an option for our members to pause their membership similar to how HB community admins can pause their subscription with Heartbeat would be really helpful. Having this flexibility for them to pause for a limited time (1-3 months) would a great value-add. thank you.

I would like to add that this request for a down-sell, there should be a off-boarding process similar to upsells. If someone wants to cancel we should be able to give them a quick survey , ask for a review and even ask if they want a special discount (for a certain amount of time or forever) .
