Provide multi-language translation for uneditable text across the platform.

Translation into German language is needed for us as well. Doesn´t matter if it is automated or a change of every text element is possible. It is just not a good experience to have this mix of english and german

I want to be able to translate everyting. For me is that Dutch. Automatic translation is not needed, just the ability to translate it in your own words and language.

For us as company this is make or break. We will not join heartbeat unless there is a translation into German. Our customers will not adopt the app otherwise. I know we can customize but when it comes to the user settings we need to have a German translations
