Write only: can be used for submissions. User write and only admins or mods can view submissions

This would be so helpful to have as an option. On/off toggle switch for comments on read only threads and channels. Would be great to have this for some posts in channels too.

Evgeny Bik: At the moment, read only channels still allow commenting on posts. So we can't mark this complete just yet.
As for write only channels, that's essentially a submission form, not so much a channel. So we'd probably separate that out into another feature request.
