Would love to fully brand my community. For instance, use custom hex code colors for the Group colors, add my logo in place of the Heartbeat logo in various places including notifications and emails, etc. Set my own "working" graphic in place of the heartbeat one. Change the color of buttons on Event confirmations and so on.

Nick Barba: Hello Nick. With 215 upvotes, I think my request is probably the leader in "unaddressed branding options":
Like I've pointed out in several replies and callouts, e-mails to Murtaza, and just about every means I could shout from every mountain top, the app icon being reminiscent of a dating app is harming adoption in serious communities including our own. It would be very much appreciated it it could, at the very least, get some acknowledgement. That said, this is progress.

One thing in particular would be to change the unselected link color in the sidebar. The selected color is branded, but the passive state is a great that looks like a dead link next to some brand colors.

Really hoping that this can be marked at least "Under Review" soon to get an idea of whether this branding adjustment is a priority in the coming months.
We're really excited to test Heartbeat and its awesome features with our B2B Corporate audience but the Dating App appearance has received serious negative feedback in our market research.
Please look into improving this soon!

Encompass Global: Seconding your mention here. We literally bought heartbeat and then ended up doing nothing of value because it was immediately dismissed by our community for its "dating app" appearance.

The Hearbeat logo is extremally misleading and confusing, rather going with a very simple "heart" style logo that REALLY looks like a cheap dating app, either complete white label should be an option, or the Heartbeat logo should be completely updated . I think the logo theme of a "community pulse" or community + pulse" would be a far better option. If it helps, I'm happy to have a VERY talented designer (No- Not me) draft up a few options that perhaps we could all collectively as a community decide on moving forward??? Or make it a contest?

I believe it's important for our members to feel that the membership has the same feel as our brand.
It's our brand that actually led them to the membership. It should be as consistent as possible.
As someone who helps small businesses with their own branding regularly, I believe this is a high priority.
I would consider at least developing a way for us to use our own logos and fonts (with weights, sizes, and perhaps heading and paragraph pairings if possible).
Love the progress you're making! Thank you!

I dont get why the heavy branding by hearbeat plastered all over. a member receive an invitaiton "welcome to x community" but email from hearbeat.chat!!!
"Join X community" at the bottom of email Hearbeat with a heart icon!!!
X community weekly roundup email but heatbeat logo in the email!!!
members are totally confused and think this is a scam or dating app because they definitely didn't join that.
Don't you understand you are marketing to the wrong people. Your branding means nothing to our members and is only confusing them and making their experience bad.
invest in your social media, do ads, because the 1% that are coming from members as your customers are not worth the frustration of your current paying customers nor the confusion of he the thousands of members

Would love to be able to rebrand every aspect of heartbeat including the mobile app
Encompass Global
Agreed - a major part of our community is B2B with a focus on executives.
The Heartbeat branding in the UI is a deterrent and hard to be taken seriously in the corporate space.
One quicker fix could be giving us the option to replace the heart with a standard “H” or “HB” paired with a darker colour like black, grey, blue across the app and of course the mobile app icon would need to be updated globally in Apple and Android libraries.
I think Heartbeat has a massive B2B enterprise opportunity in the corporate space and with those coaches/consultants who serve corporate audiences but a brand and UI tweak would be needed.
As someone else mentioned, this branding element gives Circle a competitive edge just because of branding and UI design.
Hope this can be improved soon!
