Please can you update the Bulk DM/Email function to allow me to schedule a Bulk DM/Email solely to the people (internal and external attendees - for emails) who have RSVP'd to one Heartbeat event. Thank you

I'd like to offer a free course and drip modules daily. The course is part of a nurture campaign, so I'd like to send emails whenever a new module is dripped. This feature is specifically independent from user behaviour - I want to make sure that their brand awarness increases and they don't forget to execute on the free course.

Would love a way to easily off-board members, particularly for communities who are not looking to monetize and their members may only benefit from the community for a short period of time (1-2 year cycles). For example, if there was a workflow where all members who are inactive after X period of time could be deactivated as a batch it would be super helpful. Alternatively, if there was an option for an API integration and Zapier to look up members' names/info and be able to change their status that may also help with off boarding bulk/large amounts of members at once.

Just like in the Workflow DM, add the ability to place a button with a link in the body of the email. CTAs should be possible in emails as well, not just in DMs!

It would be helpful to be able to rename these i.e. "RSVP follow up for X event". Currently I have to open each scheduled workflow to see which one it is. Thanks so much

I'd love to see a workflow to set up reminder to nudge someone who has stopped their progress with a course. Loving the workflow feature, thank you!

Would LOVE to see how many people (and which people) click on a link from a pop up and/or DM workflow. Any stats on this would be highly valuable.

Being able to sort workflows by groups AND by type

This can allow for several things. For example: 🏷️ Put a (hidden) label/tag/group on these contacts, to easily see who has canceled their membership 💬 Sending them a series of DMs or emails 🖼️ Showing them a pop-up 🔗 Sending this data via Zapier to another platform for updating (key for managing lead information and status)

Love the new workflows. It would be awesome to be able to duplicate workflows (current or past). Use case example: a pop up for a monthly community workshop. Once I have set up the triggers, filters, image etc, all I need to change from month to month would be the event link and expiration date. Would make it super easy if I could just copy over the rest from last month's event.
