Selling courses/workshops for members means I need to recall their professional ID number for automations (workflows, Zapier, emails, tracking). I am using a work-around by using a question in onboarding, but I still have to manually find that ID # for each individual. The courses are recorded and On Demand. So, the ability to create another merge.tag would be great.

Can we add conditional logic for access to private channels, courses, resources, etc? Example: For access to Channel A, a user must be a member of group A AND B. Also, a user can be in groups A OR B, which already exists and seems to be how the control access system works by default. I know I can create a separate group, but it would be nice not to have 1000s of groups just to control access when a simple AND statement would work. :)

I'm new and looking for a home for my new community. I'm down to the last two having trailed a few (once I build it I don't want to move it so I'm taking care to find the right one). The massive sticking point for me is the sign-up process - you sign up and wait for the email with the link and then it's crickets for up to 10 minutes. I just thought it hadn't worked tbh. And when the email does eventually arrive there's just 1 hour and then the link is no longer live. This would be fine if the email arrived immediately so that the process is seamless, but others on the forum have stated that they see a huge potential customer drop off as a result of this. Such a shame as everything else about Heartbeat ticks all my boxes.

Will AI features be built into the app?

Ability to use Meetn and have it integrated like Zoom

It would be make everything easier if we had a field (maybe in the API area) in our admin area where we can add webhooks (and set which trigger we want it to send).

It would be great if Heartbeat could send a webhook whenever a user leaves Event feedback, with the user info, event info, feedback type, an feedback content. Use cases: automate feedback followup with our testimonial system, segment users in our crm, etc.

To make posting threads via Pabbly/Zapier/API fully functional, I’d like to see the possibility to add embeds to the thread. Currently, even with html/iframe code in the automation the embed does not show op in the post.

It would be awesome to integrate with SocialBee, a tool that allows for post scheduling and social media management. This is one advantage that Facebook Groups currently have, since we can pre-load and queue content posts to our groups. Integrating with SocialBee would be awesome to leverage their technology instead of having to create something similar in Heartbeat itself. If it could be designed that links can be automatically done with iFramely, that would also be awesome. Hoping this can be considered. Thanks!
