The current app icon, while the heartbeat logo, makes it look a lot like a dating app rather than a community application. Our rollout was stalled because our community immediately commented about how they felt. Maybe bake in a few options with the next mobile release to allow them to select a different app icon that isn't easily mistakable for something that it isn't.

Mobile App Default Page
my members aren't tech savvy so they are getting confused on the app - when they log in, it ends up in a default channel (image 1) rather than the 'home' page where they can select their channel (image 2). I have to keep reminding them to hit the 3 lines top left corner to get to the home page. it would be good if they didn't have to do this.

Video calls on mobile app
The mobile app only has voice rooms, without the option for video. Would be great to add video so people can join into the convo from their app.

Set up a full community on mobile
Can you make it possible to set up communities right within the heartbeat app instead of having to use a computer but you could still use a computer but just make it so people can set up communities within the app just like Discord?

Keep custom links on sidebar instead of under Resources
On the mobile app, any custom links in the sidebar are hidden under the Resources tab. This is confusing for users.

See Full Event Guest list and Details on Mobile and Desktop (same view for both platforms)
I know that I as the admin can click on event details to see the full list of guests. However, my members need visibility into the guests as well. They used to have this function in the past before the new events interface took over. Can you add this feature? It will be really helpful for the rest of our members to also be able to see who else from the community is joining that particular event. It’s also helpful for some of my ambassadors who need to know who is coming to the event so they can help with events on event day. You have that functionality for all the members in my community on the mobile version of the app. However, the website version of the app does not. There is an inconsistency here in the member experience.

Word Wrapping on Sidebar Titles
On mobile, the main items on the sidebar wrap after 6 letters. Courses is 'Course' with 's' on the next line. Same with Threads. Please adjust the font size so it looks clean and neat, or increase the sidebar width. Thank you

Customize mobile page that redirects to app download
While we’ve gotten a decent amount of signups we’ve had to refund a number of users who bailed when they got to the page that required them to download the app. I think the issue is that the page doesn’t really give context. If it said something like “To complete your course registration please download the free app” we would keep those purchases. Is there a way to customize what this page says?
