This would be nice to limit the different apps. And members in the community will get notified within the app that you are live.

I would like to see non-competitive forms of gamification. In other words, gamification that encourages an individual to keep participating and progressing, but not as compared to others. Points that can be traded in for rewards, stars or other visual ability to see your progress, being able to "level up" based on participation or course completion, bingo boards, etc.

I’d love to have a feature to celebrate member birthday’s in the community. I image it as option for admins to add to the onboarding, then when a member joins they can opt to add their birth date, and select if they want it celebrated in the birthday feed on their birthday. (It would also be in their account settings). If birthday’s is enabled in the community, a new thread is created for all the birthday announcements and an automatic post is published on the members birthday.

pull people's location from their credit card Zip Code data and immediately fold it into their HB profile, so they don't have to enter that manually during onboarding (for communities who like to use location data). I WOULD use it, but I turned it off to streamline onboarding as much as possible.

It would be nice to have a choice: a) Text with the 6 numbers b) Email with 6 numbers c) Email with “Login” button

It would be useful to display active contributors or collaborator based on their level of activity inspiring others to engage more.

A couple of times now I've had to delay a scheduled event and have had access only to the app on my phone and you're unable to edit an event. This should be something we should be able to do!

We're losing new members in the onboarding process, and it's a huge problem. People are dropping off after entering their email, even with all the instructions and follow-up emails (AND abandoned link workflow active). The current multi-step process is too cumbersome. We need a simple, single-step solution. Can we change the flow so a new member only needs to enter their email to join? All other profile information, including the onboarding questions, can be requested later via an email invitation. This will drastically reduce friction and get more people into the community.

As an Admin I find it really annoying that I have to manually go into Heartbeat to see if anyone has voted on my poll. Receiving notifications would be much easier.

I do not want to send people out to YouTube. I want my video library inside of my community. I have an evergreen library of video content under courses which is wildly confusing to people any other options?
