I would love an automated (AI-generated) title for each conversation in the DM section and we are able to "reply" to the message as happens in the Threads, i.e. have Conversation Threads, with their own heading. (This happens in ClarityFlow.) This ability could expand Heartbeat's use value as a coaching platform, too. I am using the DM Section to coach a small handful of my members on a 1:1 basis, and it would be awesome if the conversation threads could include a heading/title to make them easier to find or to reference a message. I currently prefix messages with an emoji key for guidance, but a heading/title, with grouped replies, would be awesome. Is this possible?

I am testing the message report feature after a user asked for a way to delete a message from another member. They can't delete. I can't do anything with it. And my test report only provided an email. There is no way for me to see or do anything with the reported content. Please provide the option to view messages and DM content reported. Please also provide a way to delete and take other actions based on a report after verifying it.

I need the option for members in my growth & healing community to delete messages sent to them that they do not want to see. I'd also like the ability to delete full DM threads as well.

To manage spam-ish accounts, it would be helpful to be able to toggle off individual Users' abilities to DM folks and flag their comments/posts for Admin review before the rest of the community sees it. I'm not sure the Isolated Groups feature would resolve this issue, as not all of the input from these Users is spam. Obviously, if EVERYTHING they post is spam, we can deactivate the account.

It would be great to be able to edit dms just like we have the ability to edit posts made.

I'm dearly missing the reply-to feature from Discord. I keep having to copy & paste messages to quote what i'm replying to

My DM sidebar is so cluttered because I can't delete any messages.

I'd like to request a feature for controlling Direct Message permissions in our community. Current Situation: Direct Messages are currently enabled for all members to communicate with each other. Requested Feature: The ability to configure Direct Messages so that: Members can send DMs to administrators/moderators Members cannot send DMs to other regular members Essentially, admin-to-member and member-to-admin DMs only Use Case: This would be perfect for communities that want to maintain controlled, professional communication channels while still allowing members to privately contact support or administration when needed. It would reduce noise and potential inappropriate member-to-member messaging while preserving essential admin communication. Current Workaround: We're currently exploring alternatives like dedicated contact channels, but a native DM permission setting would be much more elegant and user-friendly. Would this type of selective DM permission system be possible to implement in a future update?

Would love to have an option where I can delete DMs in Heartbeat so I can clean it up and have it organized. Feature where I can pin a specific message or mark as favorite so it stays at the top. Thank you

Add a feature that shows when a DM fails to send due to poor internet connection, and allows the user to easily resend it without retyping. This would help users in low-signal areas avoid losing unsent messages.
