Be able to customize reminder and starting soon emails sent out for events and include any additional instructions

One feature I'd love to see is the possibility for the Announcement channel to send an email notification to all members every time a post is posted. In Circle I used the Announcement channel to easily update all members, especially when last minute community things happened that can't wait for the email round up.

If Email display are not turned on then Admins cannot see the emails of their members in the backend, this makes it difficult to provide customer service because often members emails and names do not match (aka. Meredith Smith, kickass1978@gmail.com ). My members do not need to see other members' email addresses but my admin does. It would be nice to be able to see the member's emails in the "analytics" or "all user" section so we can provide excellent customer service. Thanks!

I've tested out the DM feature and I've noticed that the time it takes to get notified via email is between 6 to 5 hours. This is very long, especially if the DM may be a request for help or something else that could be urgent. Ideally, 15 mins would be awesome for DMs, similar to how Slack does this. Or at least having an option to set the default time for these notifications either from the user side or my (admin) side. Not everyone is going to be using the app or have desktop-enabled notifications, so this is very important for those who rely on email. Can you please look into this or offer a workaround? At the moment, I don't have access to any settings in my admin dashboard to set this up. Thank you!

Hi! Would it be possible to have the subjects of the email notifications be the first few words of the post instead of "you have an unread message"? I feel like that would increase the open rate for our members

For events, mentions, etc., it would be helpful for there to be an unsubscribe button vs. the current message there that allows members to manage their notification settings. Maybe a Unsubscribe to all in addition to the manage notifications option?

Events, invitations, updates... we're getting complaints from our members that the system sends too many emails. When we create a new event, we need to let our members know so not sending ANY notifications doesn't work but there's no customization to only send emails to certain groups or excluding certain people who don't want this. And then, having every single update ping folks even if they didn't RSVP with no way to turn this off is frustrating and problematic for our members. In addition, the update doesn't actually tell folks what was changed so it just creates noise. Is there anything in the works that will give us better controls over what is sent and to whom and when?

I would like to be able to adjust or translate the email texts for events, Reminder etc.

Could you please explore refining the current layout of email notifications? It would be valuable to include additional context about the mention, like the author of the post, and extend the content for a more comprehensive view.
