Feature Requests

I like to track interactions and view them in a dashboard cause I think that is a very important performance indicator of our community - and in the beginning we don’t have a lot of other data.

Any chance we can get customer growth / churn stats in the analytics portion of heartbeat? Would be great to track important membership stats like that within the platform.

Being able to follow the connection, the courses completed, the quiz answered, the post posted by the user etc...

Be able to look at course analytics on the analytics page instead of clicking into each course, set up automations based on course % completed, see exact videos a student has completed.

IN the admin member area where I can see "Joined" "Last Login" and Total Spend. I would like to be able see "Total number of Login's" and "Total number of posts / comments"

As an admin, I want detailed statistics on who viewed a specific post in my community

In our community there are times it'd be really nice for me to see exactly who viewed a post or not! I know you can hover over "seen by x," but after a certain number it just says, "plus x others." This would be great to see for admins! Though not sure "seen by" is actually needed for anyone else at all really and could likely just be added as an analytics feature. Thanks!

Would love to see additional analytics re: courses; such as which activities were completed per week by cohort

We are hoping that we will be able to see more detailed data on activity at some point, especially each login per member so we can track each member’s activity, so we can dig in and see what happened that day.
