Wasn’t it the case earlier that one could see directly in each member profile, which link they signed up through? From a user perspective I think that is a lot better! I mean my community is (still) small and I could go through all my sign up pages and eventually found the member. But once a community reaches a certain size though, this will be very difficult and time-consuming… Just thought I’d share my thoughts on this in case this might be something the product team would take into consideration.

I would love to see a feature that allows me to "pause" my membership tiers or premium groups.

Paying for a product and having the payment process be in a language that is not yours becomes complicated. Nobody is going to pay in a language that is not theirs. About 2 years ago we asked for the translation of Heartbeat into Spanish and other languages, but at least to be able to sell products in our language.

I know I could do this on another platform or on my website, but I hate having different systems that confuse people (when they can't easily cancel). What I really want is to have all member subscriptions and payments in one place. Therefore, I'd really like the ability to design different landing pages, or at least have the ability to design one-click upsell funnels and order bumps at checkout. Also, if I had the ability to design better landing pages, then I could really utilise the affiliate functionality more as well.

Have an option to choose an external sales page as either the default destination or an optional destination for affiliate links. Then, if affiliates want to send their traffic to a proper sales page set up by the community owner and have visitors cookied so that when they click the buy button (an invite link) the sale is attributed correctly. Heartbeat is not a page builder and nor should it be. This would be a tremendous option.

While still maintaining the standard landing/checkout page, is it possible to customise the phrase "Select a tier to join the community” on the checkout page? We are only offering one tier with a free two-week trial so we think that phrase will cause confusion.

I need to be able to add sales tax on ALL offerings (subscriptions, courses and events). I hope that through Stripe we will one day be able to add taxes to more than just subscriptions.

If an event is public/paid change the language to buy now instead of rsvp

It would be good to have the ability to show (and collect consent to) different Terms of Service depending on your Offer. This is because we may have several offers and the Terms of Service may vary for each. For example, for a time-limited course, I have different Terms of Service than I have for my membership. Currently, only one document can be shown.
